FOR RESIDENTIAL SALE & ONE DISCHARGE TRANSACTIONS:

Total Legal Fees and Disbursements: $749.00**

** HST, Transaction levy of $65.00, Execution Verifications (if required) and Power of Attorney preparation fee (if required) will be charged separately.

Note: Extra legal fee and disbursements will be charged for any complications involved in the transaction. Legal Fees and Disbursements are for the transactions less than $499,000.00 sale/purchase price.
